All of our tubes are custom made to fit your projects needs, therefore we can produce tubes in any size, depending on the quantity you need.
All of our tubes start off as eco-friendly packaging. Based on your projects needs or design requirements, there may be features added that are not. If your goal is to have a totally sustainable package, let us know in the early stages so we can assist you in accomplishing this goal.
Yes! We can create any type of tube packaging needed, but here are our most popular styles:
1-piece tubes with plastic or metal caps
2-piece telescope tubes with cap
3-piece telescope tubes with flush cap
All products are different, and we want to make sure your custom packaging fits exactly how you’ve dreamt it. Because of this, we recommend you sending us the product you are looking to package, and our team of engineers will take all the custom measurements needed to make the perfect tube.
The most popular sizes we would recommend for a rolled t-shirt are as follows:
– 6.5″ H x 3.25″ D
– 8.5″ H x 3.75″ D
– 10″ H x 3.5″
It’s tough to say. There are items that we would recommend other style packaging for, but we always recommend sending in an inquiry or giving us a call so we can discuss your project and know for sure!
The real question is what material do you WANT your tube to be made from? In addition to paper products, we have the ability to get very creative when it comes to our materials.
All tubes are developed and designed in our Lincolnwood, IL facility (just outside of Chicago). After designs and the remaining order details are confirmed, our dedicated production team will make your packaging concept a reality in our overseas facilities.
After design approval, it will take approximately 2 weeks for a pre-production sample to be complete. Once the pre-production sample has been approved, we will move into mass production. Depending on how quickly you need your product and how you would like us to ship, your custom tube packaging can be in hands in approximately 4-8 weeks.
The minimum order quantity for a custom tube project is 1,000 pieces.
We make things EASY here are Axiz Packing, which means our process is easy too. Contact us and let us know what you are trying to package or provide the packaging requirements if you already have them available. From there our dedicated customer service team will provide you with a quote and a design template so you can lay out your artwork. Don’t have an inhouse design team? No problem! We can assist with you here as well. Once the designs are approved and an order is submitted, we will make a run of complimentary pre-production samples for your approval. The sampling process can take approximately 2 weeks. Once approved, mass production will begin and depending on how quickly you need your product and how you would like us to ship, your custom tube packaging can be in hands in approximately 4-8 weeks.
Since we are creating custom packaging to meet your specifications we do not allow for returns. In the event that there are any issues with your final product, feel free to reach out to one of our customer service representatives and we will do whatever we can to remedy the situation for you and make sure you have exactly what you are looking for.
Yes; we ship globally.
Yes; we have warehouse facilities on the west coast and the Midwest where we can stores, fulfill and drop ship all your products. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you, so anything we can do on our end to achieve that, we will!
For custom orders, we will require a 50% deposit in order to get your order into production. The balance will be due prior to shipping. We accept all major credit cards and do not charge a credit card fee. We can also make terms available after a first order has been complete and a credit application has been submitted.
